I recently finished The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin.  This book was recommended by a therapist friend, Johanna Abraham, for being thoughtful yet honest, well-written and humorous.I found it all that and rather enlightening.  I had never thought about happiness as a concept that could be researched and documented.  Give it a read and let me know what you think.

I found Happiness Paradoxes somewhere else online and these are corollaries from Gretchen about happiness.  They go one step deeper than allowing us to be happy…. they make us think why we are happy and how paradoxical it all is.
